Tim Koogle (?TK?) has been an entrepreneur and business executive for over 25 years. He was the founding CEO of Yahoo! Inc. and its Chairman and CEO from 1995 to 2001. Under his leadership, Yahoo! became a leading internet media company with annual net revenues of more than one billion dollars. During his tenure, BusinessWeek named him one of ?The Top 25 Executives of the Year.? In 1999 and 2000 and he regularly appeared as an industry expert on programs such as CNBC, CNN/fn, and Fox News.

But, his main focus is developing El Banco into a luxury community, more elegant than any in the region. He and his wife split their time between Northern California and the Puerto Vallarta area. They are committed to the Punta de Mita Peninsula both professionally and as supporters of local non-profits. And, it is their intention to build their dream home at El Banco.
